I had (and still have) the most trouble in the latter half of 8-2 and the entirety of 8-3. Thankfully I memorized the 8-4's maze from observing my friends (and family, sadly) finishing the game.

Some good news. I have said on Twitter that the graves of my great grandparents, Grandma, aunt and Uncle got buried in a landslide when the huge typhoons hit some weeks ago. I have just gotten news from my cousins that they've been excavated and the graves are intact. Just in time for All Saint's Day on November 1st, which is very, very good.

Birthday on Saturday! My video card is coming tomorry, I am excited. Especially when I find my fucking DV-I cable.

About ten or eleven years ago (probably 1996-1997-ish), I used to come home from school and at 5 PM, this intro would catch my attention. Since it aired on a Chinese network and I couldn't read moonrunes, I just resigned myself to never knowing what anime and song it was.

A few years ago, I even recruited our old anime guru magusdarkstar on the search, giving him every detail about the anime I could so we could figure out what fucking anime it came from, resulting with failure.

And today...random browsing on 4chan led me to an image of Tekkaman Blade's villain, things clicking, and looking for the intro on Youtubes.

So, Lost Symbol was released on the 15th, and I got it yesterday and finished it today.

It was a pretty good book. Probably nudges out Deception Point to become my second-favourite Dan Brown novel (first being Angels & Demons, natch). Picture OS Director Inoue Sato as Yoko Ono and you'll be amused.

This patricular novel deals with Freemasons and their secret ways. Oooo, conspiracy. I've always loved conspiracy thrillers for some reason, especially when they sprinkle in some Sci-Fi like this does (though not as awesome as Antimatter in A&D).

Finished the Crow's Nest today, so I put all the available parts on the castle. Now it's up on four included stability pegs because four tiny legs won't hold this damn thing up.
